Now introdusing to the Psionic Scientists a Ranking System. Let me explain how it works...
Apprentices[]
There are thee levels of apprentices, and there are timelines as well as performance checks to advance (you can ask a headmaster at anytime to have a performance check), here are the ranks:
APPRENTICE LEVEL I []
| Apprentice Level 1 |
This is the lowest level (can be called Noob) these people are new to the Psionic Scientists and/or have little to no experience in Psionics. These people have only been apart of this group from Day 1- 1 Month.
APPRENTICE LEVEL II []
| Apprentice Level 2 |
This level is the one where you now know what it is that you are doing when it comes to Psionics but you still need quite a bit of help, either with content or training but can generally get along on their own. These people have been in the group anywhere from 1 Month- 6 Months.
APPRENTICE LEVEL III[]

This is the top level of apprentices, these people know what their doing and know how to help people. These people will start learning to teach and then eventually become mentors. They would have been in thre group from 6 Months- 1 Year.
Mentors[]
The next level up from the apprentices is the mentors, there are two levels of mentor:
MENTOR LEVEL I[]

These people who are mentors at the lowest level, have just recently been bumped up to mentor and have very little skill in teaching, they are very knowledgable in their subjects but still need teaching aide. They will have been in the group from 1-2 years.
MENTOR LEVEL II[]

The final and highest level of mentor in a group are the best of the best in the teaching world and they are some of the most knowldgeable in thier subjects. They would have been apart of the group for over 2 years.
Ranking up[]
In order to rank up you must pass a test devised by the spesific teacher/ mentor to apply for a test to rank up, if you pass the test than one of the headmasters will promote you. If you fail than you must wait at least 2 weeks before you try again.
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF EACH TEST?
The Group Leaders will be in charge of the tests for each of the three apprentice levels whereas, Headmaster Stormmer will be in charge of the Mentor Level I test and Headmaster ML88 will be in charge of the Mentor Level II test.
